Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or canceled, we ask that our clients notify 48 hours in advance. If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like. If you cancel within 24 hours, a fee of $75 will be applied. If you are looking to reschedule a service please notify the company at least 24 hours before service. For monthly subscriptions, cancel any time prior to your next billing date to avoid charge for the next monthly billing cycle. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we see fit including unsanitary conditions and an unsafe environment.

Payment

The payment is due at time of booking. We accept the following payment methods:

- Major Credit/debit cards (3.5% service fee)

- Venmo @

- Zelle 

If clients cannot provide free parking, parking costs will also be applied to the total of service. 

Gratuity is not included in the total cost of service. If you wish to provide gratuity you are more than welcome to directly supply it to your cleaner.

Subscription Monthly Cleaning

  1. Scope of Cleaning Services:

    • Our monthly cleaning subscription includes a thorough dusting and surface cleaning of all visible areas, floor cleaning with vacuuming and mopping, bathroom sanitization, and comprehensive kitchen cleanup. We also offer additional services such as window cleaning and organizing as part of our customizable packages. 

    • Cost and Billing Structure: Our subscription is competitively priced, offering a flat fee based on the frequency of cleaning sessions each month. There are no hidden costs, and our billing is transparent. 

      • Upon signing up, your first month's subscription fee will be charged immediately to secure your initial cleaning appointment. Subsequent monthly charges will be automatically processed on the same day each month, corresponding to the start date of your subscription.

      • For example, if you sign up on the 5th of the month, your subsequent charges will occur on the 5th of each subsequent month. This automated billing system ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience, allowing you to enjoy a consistently clean home without the need for manual payment processing.

      • If you ever need to make changes to your subscription or have questions about billing, our customer service team is readily available to assist you. We understand that flexibility is important, and we aim to provide a straightforward and responsive billing process for our valued customers.

Employee Conduct

Oubii is professional, courteous, and uniformed. We are trained to respect your home and personal belongings.

 

Arrival and Entering the Residence

We will do our best to arrive at the exact time an appointment is made. We will contact you if we will be  more than 20 minutes late. You are responsible for providing entry on time. If cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival you will be notified immediately. If we do not receive a response or access to the property within 20 minutes of arrival your appointment will be considered as canceled and the cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your account.

 

First Time Clients

For booking, clients are required to provide their full name, address, best contact number, email, and preferred payment method. Prior to the cleaning professional's arrival, please remove all items, clothing, toys, etc. that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and minimize the time we spend to clean your home.

Guarantee

We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally, we may miss something. So if, after your inspection, you find our technicians missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. Refunds are not offered however we are happy correct any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Oubii is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event that the client finds any damage in the home as a result of our cleaning service, we ask that you notify us within two (2) days after service. If notification is made past the two (2) day time period, we reserve the right to deny compensation. We only consider liability for the repair or replacement cost of the replaceable damaged or broken items (caused by us) itself. This does not include shipping and tax of an item. If an item is part of a set, only the cost of the individual item will be considered. Our team at Oubii follows all safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of your property, belongings, and our employees. However, Oubii is not liable for any pre-existing damage or breakage. Please secure or put away any valuable or fragile items before our team from Oubii arrives.

Safety

Clients must provide a safe and secure means of entry to the property during the scheduled cleaning appointment. If you prefer not to be present during the cleaning, you may provide a key, security code, or other arrangements. For their safety, our cleaning technicians are prohibited from using ladders other than company provided ladders and are instructed to wear shoes in your home. We do not allow our cleaners to move and  lift heavy items or furniture. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances (e.g. stove, fridge) or furniture, please move them prior to our arrival.​ 

 

Pets

If you have pets, please inform Oubii in advance so we can make suitable arrangements. Our cleaners are pet-friendly.

Cleaning Supplies

Oubii brings our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products or equipment you would like us to use, please inform us in advance.

Changes to Policy
